Team
Léon specialises in commercial real estate asset management and investment. Prior to establishing Eveleon Asset Management, Léon was an Asset Manager at Kadans, an AXA-backed investment and development fund, and Europe's leader in the Life Science and Innovation Market. Before this, Léon practiced at Strettons where he managed a multi-sector portfolio on behalf of several property companies, local authorities and private investors.
Now as the director of Eveleon Asset Management, Léon provides strategic advice to private clients, family offices, property companies and occupiers, identifying and executing strategies to grow and manage their property portfolios to enhance asset value and maximise investment returns.
Léon holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate from the University of the West of England and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
